Head of Legal

Megan leads the Legal and Privacy team at Teladoc Health Canada. She is responsible for General Counsel and all other legal functions, including Corporate Governance, Contracts, Enterprise Risk, Government Affairs, Privacy and Regulatory Compliance.

Megan has expertise in corporate/commercial, regulatory and privacy law, and experience as both in-house and external counsel to a wide range of corporate clients in the Healthcare/Life Sciences sector. Before Teladoc Health Canada, Megan built a regulatory and corporate/commercial law practice at Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP, a leading international law firm, and held various senior leadership roles at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario – Ottawa Children’s Treatment Centre, an acute-care teaching hospital, treatment centre, extended needs, service coordination and rehabilitation provider and mental health agency, and its affiliated Research Institute (CHEO). At CHEO, Megan built a Legal and Privacy team, supported the Kids Come First Ontario Health Team, negotiated complex, industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trial agreements, provided strategic counsel through accreditation, privacy/cybersecurity incidents and regulatory inspections, and led the project/commercial close of the largest capital project in CHEO's history, the 1Door4Care Integrated Treatment Centre.

Megan Radmore holds a Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) from McMaster University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Ottawa, where she received several awards for her advocacy skills and human rights work. Megan has also completed specialized programs in Executive Leadership (Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College), Health Law (Osgoode Hall Law School, York University) and Corporate Governance (Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto), and is a Member of the Law Society of Ontario and an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C).

Megan lives in Ottawa, Ontario with her husband and two children.
