Head of Legal

Megan Radmore leads Teladoc Health Canada’s legal, privacy and compliance function, with responsibility for governance, enterprise risk, ethics and government affairs. She helps the organization navigate complex challenges while supporting sustainable growth and operational integrity.

Megan brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare, privacy, regulatory compliance, and corporate/commercial law. Prior to joining Teladoc Health Canada, she built a healthcare and life sciences-focused business law practice at Gowling WLG and held legal leadership roles at CHEO and its affiliated Research Institute. She holds a Combined Honours BA from McMaster University and a JD from the University of Ottawa, along with executive and specialized training in leadership, health law, international law, and governance. She is a CIPP/C-certified privacy professional and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, and Women General Counsel Canada.

She also serves on the Board of Directors of Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre, Ontario’s largest community health centre, and lives in Ottawa with her husband and two children.
