Dr. Agostino Bellissimo is a nationally recognized leader in emergency and virtual care with over 40 years of clinical and leadership experience. As Vice President, Medical at Teladoc Health Canada, he guides the development of high-quality, accessible virtual care services across the country. A Fellow of both the College of Family Physicians and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Dr. Bellissimo has held senior roles in hospital and telehealth settings and has trained generations of medical professionals through his academic work at the University of Toronto and McMaster University. Dr. Bellissimo’s career reflects a lifelong dedication to patient-centered care, physician engagement, and health system transformation. His work continues to shape the future of hybrid and virtual care delivery in Canada.

Once your application and credentialing have been approved, you will submit your educational documents, licenses, references, and any necessary documents via our secure website.
We will send you a contract via email to sign and you will be able to begin your systems training for your new role and program at Teladoc Health. Throughout this process you will have access to our medical leadership team to support you as needed.
