About the Expert Medical Services (EMS) Program

The Expert Medical Services (EMS) Program Specialty Care connects Members with specialty-matched physicians who provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment options, and weight related concerns.

Through the EMS program, Specialty physicians collaborate closely with Teladoc Health’s internal clinical teams to deliver comprehensive, personalized Specialist recommendations. Our cases are completed through a secure, user-friendly virtual platform that enables document sharing, flexible scheduling across time zones, and detailed written reports for Member review.
