Vice President, Data Analytics and Product, Canada
Natalie Perkins is the Vice President of Data Analytics and Product at Teladoc Health Canada, responsible for leading the strategy for new products and evolution of products that empower Canadians to live healthier lives. She is responsible for leveraging data assets to ensure Teladoc delivers optimal value and quality as well as member health outcomes and experience.
Prior to Teladoc Health, Dr. Perkins held leadership roles across health care systems, including most recently as the head of Business Insights and Customer Experience at LifeLabs. In this role, she was accountable for market research, customer experience, commercial and business analytics functions. Dr. Perkins has her MSc from McMaster in Human Biodynamics as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health Sciences from the University of Toronto.
