Karen Grant leads our operations across the Canadian business and is responsible for our solutions and ensuring we have the effective frameworks for our systems and teams to deliver a best-in-class client journey. She deploys regionally relevant services in new markets and assures customer service readiness across all service offerings.

With a breadth of experience in technology innovation, Ms. Grant has built a successful track record of business transformation, deployment and process improvement. Prior to Teladoc Health, she held several operational leadership roles at TransUnion, including technology, data management and operations.

Ms. Grant holds a bachelor's degree of Applied Science in Consumer Studies from the University of Guelph and a Master of Business Administration in Global Leadership from Sandermoen School of Business. She serves on the board of Adoption Council of Ontario and is a representative on the Industry Council of Home Suite Hope.
